Franchise fees and terms:

• Initial Investment $125,000 to $250,000 (first year of operations)
• Initial Franchise Fees $35,000 per location 
• Monthly Royalty 6% of Sales on the first $350,000 annually;
• 5% on next $250,000, and
• 4% on all Sales in excess of $600,000.
• Contract Term 10 year contract

• $500,000 Net Worth
• Strong Credit History
• $150,000 - $250,000 Working Capital (Cash and Credit Lines Combined)
• Business Management Experience
