The OperationsEach Bikers’ Bay service center is designed to be more than a shop; we are a destination! All Bikers’ Bay service centers include full shop viewing windows and a comfortable showroom filled with top selling accessories and apparel. Customers browse catalogues, look through parts books or talk with our knowledgeable sales staff–all while watching certified technicians complete requested services. As we like to say, “If you are proud of what you do, show it off. No games, no secrets, no half-baked services - just good honest business that makes Bikers’ Bay the shop our customers can trust.” ServiceBikers’ Bay Ride In - Ride Out TM services include oil and filter changes for all types and makes of bikes. We offer three levels of service packages based on the type of oil (standard, semi-synthetic or full synthetic) ranging from $49.95 for engine only to $89.95. Bikers’ Bay is much more than an oil change center. We provide basic maintenance service for all types of bikes including, tires, brakes, batteries, manufacturer’s service intervals, as well as, biker apparel and accessory sales and installation. All services performed include a complete bike safety inspection and bike wipe-down. Upon completion of service, the tech who serviced your bike will review the service work performed and discuss with you any additional points of concern that may need attention. The technician will walk the customer through his/her bike to answer any questions. All services are performed by certified technicians in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
